Kumar heads the entire HR department under the Asia Healthcare Holdings Umbrella. He helps manage the overall HR parameters such as employee budgets, policy formulation, manpower planning, training strategy and organization structure. He is also responsible for te HR Legal compliance, Statutory Disputes and due diligence for investment targets, as well as the Payroll management.
